You do. You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content and data you add to the platform. Using Kana Seed does not transfer ownership to Kana Earth; you grant us only a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and process it so we can run and improve the service for you. Access is controlled by data type: Registry, Platform, and Private Data, each with its own sharing rules. Your Private Data is held securely and only shared with the Project-Related Participants you choose, and you control, via platform settings, who can access your data. Yes. Both parties comply with the data-protection obligations set out in our Terms of Service (Schedule 1, Personal Data and Data Protection). Kana Earth only processes personal data to provide the service, for the duration of the service, and in line with our Privacy Policy.
